1) When should I book my parking space?

In order to benefit from the best rates and to guarantee you a place in our guarded car parks, we advise you to book your parking space as soon as possible. Online booking is possible from 2 months before the day of your flight and up to 4 hours before your pick-up.
You also have the possibility to fill in your car's number plate in order to benefit from the automatic opening of the car park barrier on your arrival and departure.

2) How do I get my e-ticket

When you book online, please enter a valid email address: we will send you your e-ticket by email. Your QR code can be found aswell in your customer account. Your e-ticket can be printed on paper or downloaded to your smartphone.

3) How do I proceed on the day of my arrival at the airport?

When you arrive at Belgrade Airport, follow the signs to your car park. At the entrance of the car park, the barrier will open automatically if you entered your license plate during your booking. Otherwise, simply scan your QR code to open the barrier.
Then park your car in the parking space of your choice. During your absence, your car will be under video surveillance 24/7. The Airport does not take over the obligation to guard the User's vehicle while it is in the parking lot, nor is it responsible for damage to the User's vehicle, unless it is proven that it was caused by the tortious action of the Airport, i.e. the Airport's employees.

4) How do I proceed on the day of my departure from the airport?

When leaving the parking lot the barrier will open automatically if you have entered your license plate, or else you will have to scan your e-ticket to leave the car park.

5) What should I do if something goes wrong?

The barrier does not open automatically ? Your e-ticket is not working? Don't take another parking ticket : simply contact an airport agent from the entrance or exit of the car park.
